As the longest-standing social care agency in the market, with more than 20 years of experience, we have incredibly good relationships with hiring managers. Because of the size of the business and the fact that we have been around so long, we have opportunities available across five different avenues of employment.
We can offer roles with competitive pay in local authorities, the NHS, Cafcass, fostering agencies and charities. Most agencies only offer work in local authorities, so we have a much wider scope and get you the best possible pay, which really sets us apart.
Exclusive contracts
We have exclusive contracts with the Sandwell Children’s Trust and Westmorland and Furness Council, meaning we provide every agency role they require. This means that, if you want a flexible agency role within these organisations, you need to be registered with us. If you’re based in the West Midlands or the Northwest, that’s a big deal. You need to be registered with us to be able to see what your perfect role might be within either of those settings.
