Recommend a nurse, doctor, social worker, or AHP to us and, once they’re registered and working, you could earn up to £500. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer a friend to – we’re constantly looking for new workers to join us across the country.

To get started, we'll need your details - and your friend's details too (please make sure you've got their permission).

Add their details into the form below, and we’ll get in touch with them to discuss registering with us. Once they’ve signed up and worked enough hours (usually around 100), we’ll contact you about your referral payment – it’s that simple.

And as the UK’s second largest provider of health and care staffing, we’re recruiting to all kinds of roles every single day. What you’ll earn for a recommendation will depend on the role, and how many hours your friend works.

Admin and clerical – Up to £50
Social workers, nurses, health scientists and AHPs – Up to £200
Doctors and consultants – up to £500
