About the Role and Client:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated General Nurse to join our clients healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our client is well-known in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in line with clinical guidelines and best practices
- Support patients with assessments, care planning, treatment administration, and monitoring
- Assist in managing chronic conditions, wound care, and health promotion activities
- Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support the medical team with minor procedures and investigations
- Participate in infection control measures and health and safety compliance
- Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate on patient care pathways
- Contribute to audits, quality improvement initiatives, and training activities as required
Who We Are Looking For:
* Education: Nursing degree or diploma in adult nursing (or equivalent)
* Experience: 6 months
- Previous experience in general nursing within hospital, primary care, or community settings
- Experience in managing patient care plans, administering medication, and performing clinical assessments
- Familiarity with electronic patient records is desirable
