Role: Inpatient Community Band 5 Nurse
Salary: £20 – £30 per hour
Location: Kent – Margate / Deal / Faversham / Whistable

Shifts: Days only

About the Role and Client:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated General Nurse to join our clients healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our client is well known in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in line with clinical guidelines and best practices
  • Support patients with assessments, care planning, treatment administration, and monitoring
  • Assist in managing chronic conditions, wound care, and health promotion activities
  • Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Support the medical team with minor procedures and investigations
  • Participate in infection control measures and health and safety compliance
  • Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate on patient care pathways
  • Contribute to audits, quality improvement initiatives, and training activities as required

Who We Are Looking For:
* Education: Nursing degree or diploma in adult nursing (or equivalent)
* Experience: 6 months

  • Previous experience in general nursing within hospital, primary care, or community settings
  • Experience in managing patient care plans, administering medication, and performing clinical assessments
  • Familiarity with electronic patient records is desirable
