Registering with HCRG Staffing is simple, and there are three ways you can get started.

Send us your CV

With our concierge service to guide you through the onboarding process, sending us your CV is the simplest and easiest way to register. We'll be in touch within a day to discuss your registration, and you could be working in weeks, if not days.

Find a role

If you see a role here that interests you, apply now through our website and we’ll be in touch. We also fill many positions before they’re listed, so registering with us means you’ll hear about the latest opportunities that match your skills and goals before they've even been uploaded to the website.

If you'd prefer, we can give you a call. Drop us your name, phone number and speciality and we'll be in touch as soon as possible - often the same day.

Our concierge registration service

After you register by completing the initial form, a member of our compliance team will guide you through the next steps. We take great pride in making the registration process as straightforward as possible. These essential checks require cooperation from both sides, and by responding promptly to our requests, you’ll be able to start working, earning, and making a difference in the health and care sector without delay.

We'll arrange a telephone interview

After you register with HCRG, we’ll be in touch to arrange an initial interview with you by phone. We’ll have a chat about your qualifications and experience, and make sure you’re a good fit for the roles we have available.

Fill out our registration pack

Although we’ll get information about you from your CV and your interview, you’ll need to complete a full registration pack that we will send to you. This is designed to provide us with full details of your skills, experience, and other information that will help us find you the perfect position.

We'll apply for your references

Once you’ve given us the details of your referees , we’ll follow up to get the references. These need to cover a period of at least 3 years – that’s the same requirement as most jobs in the health sector.

We’ll help you through compliance checks and training

We’ll allocate you a dedicated compliance officer, who will assist you with the compliance process - remember, we are here to help if you have any questions. If any training needs have been identified during your interview, this will be discussed and if required, we’ll send you your training details.

Pre-employment checks

Our team will be hard at work carrying out the final employment checks – your DBS, clearance from Occupational Health, and your references.

Online clinical interview

While we carry out the final checks, we'll invite you to an online clinical interview. You'll meet with one of our clinical team, who will go through various situations to check your experience and knowledge so we can match you with the right work and keep everyone safe.
