Hi, I’m Caitlyn West, my Journey with HCRG Staffing started in 2019 and I work as an Account Manager and Recruitment Consultant. My days are filled with weaving together the needs of clients, supply chains, and candidates to craft the perfect fit. It’s not just about filling roles; it’s about understanding dreams and ambitions. There’s a special joy in guiding a social worker toward their dream role—a testament to the deep relationships I build over time. The heart of my job lies in the satisfaction of knowing I’ve made a positive impact on both clients and candidates, creating not just career matches, but life matches that resonate beyond the professional realm.
