2000
Castlerock Recruitment Group (CRG) is founded, delivering healthcare professionals to the NHS and local authorities
2017/2018
CRG acquires HCL Workforce Solutions. This brings together two industry leaders to become HCRG. The business continues to trade under each brand, but begins to work together internally to cement their place as an industry leading recruitment group.
2019
Gary Taylor is appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
2020
We acquire Sugarman Group, adding service provision with complex care, children’s services and occupational health services joining the group alongside additional recruitment brands.
2020-2021
Gezz Van Zwanenberg is appointed as Chief Operating Officer.
2024
Bringing together spot and contingent staffing operations under a single brand, HCRG Staffing launches in the UK.
