Nic Chambers-Parkes brings over 20 years of experience in helping organisations tell their stories and achieve their goals. Joining HCRG Care Group in 2014 as a Digital Marketing Executive, Nic quickly established himself as a pace-setting leader and problem solver. With a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Media from the University of Brighton and a Diploma in Public Relations, he is adept at finding new, better ways of doing things.
Promoted to Head of Public Relations in 2018 and later assuming responsibility for Brand, Marketing, and Communications functions within Care Group, Nic joined the Senior Leadership team, overseeing day-to-day operations and contributing to strategic decision-making.
In 2023, Nic expanded his role to encompass HCRG Health and Social Care businesses alongside Care Group, and in 2024, he took on a group-level position, managing marketing teams across all group businesses. He thrives in the organization’s dynamic and enthusiastic culture, where making a positive difference is the driving force behind every endeavor.
