Nick Cawood’s career in health and social care recruitment started back in 2013, initially working as a Resourcer and progressing through the career ladder to Divisional Manager. He oversees both the Social Care and Allied Health Professionals divisions.
His experience covers Management, end to end Recruitment, Account Management and Compliance; his candidate and client relationships are forged in the strong partnerships we have with clients across the UK. Nick is also responsible for implementing and delivering some of HCRG’s Master Vend Contracts to Local Authorities and NHS Trusts.
